Description:

This 49 year old had saline breast implant placed many years ago as a young woman. Now approaching 50, she felt her breast were too large and pendulous and gave her a matronly appearance. After removing her implants, additional breast tissue of her own was removed and a lift was performed. The after photo was taken at 6 months
