This 53 year old was tired of looking tired. She complained about her jowls and loose skin under her chin and neck. She underwent a high vertical suspension facelift and neck lift with direct defatting of the neck. Her after photos were taken 8 months post-surgery. Needless to say, she is ecstatic with the results.
