52 year old with a history to two pregnancies, complained of loose abdominal skin and a distinct groove on each hip that could be seen when she wore clingy clothing. She underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of muscle (diastasis recti). Additionally, her incision was deliberately placed low to incorporate and excise the indentations on her hips. As one can see from the after photo (taken at two years), she now has a smooth silhouette.
