Gynecomastia Case #01

Description:

This 30-year-old male has been troubled with gynecomastia since puberty. Even with 20 weight loss it did not resolve. On examination he had a combined fatty and glandular type of gynecomastia. In surgery, the fatty periphery was liposuctioned and the glandular portion under the nipple was directly excised. The after photos were taken at three months, he still has some swelling that will ultimately resolve with time.
