This 50 year old active woman was starting to show signs of aging with loss of cheek volume, neck laxity, and a squaring off of her naturally heart-shaped face. She underwent a high vertical suspension deep plane facelift with fat injections in her cheeks as well as in the groove between her chin and jowl. The after photo was taken at 6 week post-surgery.
