67 year old woman had undergone a facelift in 2007. She had begun to develop recurrent jowls, platysma bands and cheek sagging. She underwent a high vertical suspension facelift and platysma band surgery and is thrilled with her subtle yet noticeable results. The post-operative photo was taken at 13 months after her surgery.
