59 year old who complained about jowls and loose hanging skin on her neck. She underwent a high vertical suspension face lift with platysma band surgery and had Botox injected in her chin. These post-operative photos were taken at one month after surgery. Notice how the Botox relaxed her chin and almost looks like we did a chin implant to augment and enhance her profile.
