Description:

This 61-year-old woman presented with signs of facial aging, including loose skin on the neck, jowling, and loss of volume in the temples and cheeks. She underwent a deep plane, high vertical suspension face lift with a lateral brow lift and fat injections in her temples and cheeks. The postoperative photo is just 5 weeks after surgery. One can still see her incisions in front of her ears, as it takes about three months for the redness to fade.
