Breast Revision Case #07

Description:

This 48 year old had silicone gel implants placed on top of the muscle ( sub-glandular) in 1990. She almost immediately developed capsular contractures and cannot remember when her left breast was not uncomfortably hard and distorted. She underwent removal of her implants and the contracted capsules in an en bloc technique. New silicone gel Naturelle style 15 304 cc implants were then placed under the muscle. Post op photos were taken 6 months after surgery.
