Description:

21 year old with significant breast asymmetry. The patient underwent Vectra 3D analysis to determine the proper implant size for each side before performing  bilateral silicone breast augmentations under the muscle, a left side mastopexy ( breast lift), and liposuction of the axillary tails. Moderate profile silicone gel size 270cc was placed on the right side and  180cc moderate profile silicone gel implant on the left.
