Description:

This 53 year old complained about deteriorating breast shape and loss of fullness in the upper poles. Because of her degree of sagging, it was decided to perform an augmentation as well as a vertical lift to ensure her desired result. The Vectra Imaging System was used to enable the patient to choose an implant size as well as see how a breast lift could improve her final result. A 370cc Ideal structured saline implant was placed under the muscle before a short scar lift was performed. Post operative photos are at 3 months after surgery.
