Breast Augmentation/ Breast Lift This 35 year old woman underwent a breast reduction at 20 years old, subsequently she had pregnancies and breast fed, leaving her deflated loss of volume particularly in the upper pole of her breasts.  She underwent a sub pectoral breast augmentation with 210cc silicone gel smooth round moderate profile to give her a slight increase in fullness without going up in bra size. Additionally, she had a revision of her breast lift. The photos are from one year post op.
