Description:

This 57 year old woman had silicone breast implants placed at 26. After pregnancies and with aging, her breast have dropped, creating a look as if they are falling off of the implants. She underwent bilateral silicone gel implant exchange for larger more proportional implants (moderate profile 360cc) and she also needed a short scar breast lifts (mastopexy). After photos were taken at 7 months post-procedure.
