Description:

This 38 year old mother of two wished to regain the lost upper pole fullness lost with her pregnancies and breast feeding. Using the Vectra Imaging System, we mutually decided on smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants of 310cc’s. The implants were placed under the muscle through an areolar incision. The post-operative photo was taken at three months.
