This 38 mother who was unhappy with the size and appearance of her breast after pregnancy. She wished to be slightly fuller and to correct the slight asymmetry between her breasts. Using the Vectra Imaging System we decided on a 265cc smooth low plus profile silicone gel implant. During surgery the implants were placed through an areolar incision and in a dual plane position. She also had a small circum-areolar breast lift on the right side. The after photos were taken at 10 weeks.
